Depth Filters

In the filter, each intersection of fibers is strongly thermally bonded. Therefore, it has a stable pore structure, and drop-out of filter media is suppressed.

Only special bi-component polypropylene fibers developed and patented by JNC are used, and each contact point of the fibers is thermally bonded to form a rigid fiber network that has uniform porosity and high tolerance for pressure.

The polypropylene bicomponent fiber matrix developed and patented by JNC presents the high degree of fiber-to-fiber thermally bonded construction while the fiber diameters utilised are progressively finer from the outside to the inside. Accordingly, a stabilized pore structure is formed, and an ideal fiber porosity gradient is provided.
