Excellent Pressure Resistance
Excellent Pressure Resistance Prevents Filter Deformation
CLEAL® CP Filters are made of special polyolefin bicomponent fibers (ES fibers), and their three-dimensional structure is thermally bonded, providing excellent pressure resistance.
Signs of Clogging of Liquid Depth Filters
As the filtration time passes, the filter media becomes clogged. As the clogging worsens, the pressure increases, and the filter media tend to deform due to compression.
This may result in decreased filtration performance of the filter.
Differences Between CLEAL® CP Filters and General Melt-Blown Filters
We performed general filtration using CLEAL® CP Filters and general melt-blown filters as shown above. However, the CLEAL® CP Filter is distinct for its strong pressure resistance.

Comparative Experiment of Pressure Resistance Between CLEAL® CP Filters and General Melt-Blown Filters
Recreate the blockage by wrapping the filters with cling film and inject water into the housing to check whether there is any pressurization or deformation.
